How we work

We understand first. Then we quote.

01

What to check first

Changes to walls, kitchen and bathroom positions affect several trades. We review access, existing installations and whether the property will remain occupied, then separate essential work from optional upgrades. Furniture, appliances and final decoration are included only when expressly agreed.

02

Decisions to make before work begins

Separate essential work from optional choices and confirm materials, finishes, maintenance and related tasks before finalising the scope.

03

How to move forward with clear information

Add the location, photographs and priorities to the form. We will review the information and suggest the most appropriate next step.

Questions before work begins

How is the price assessed?+

We consider quantities, existing condition, access, materials and related trades. The proposal should separate preparation, installation and finishes, stating what is included and what still needs assessment.

What should I send before a visit?+

Send the location, overall and close-up photographs, approximate measurements and the changes you want. Tell us if the property is occupied and identify anything that must remain in use.

Does my preferred date confirm the booking?+

No. It helps us understand your plans, but availability and dates are confirmed after reviewing the work, materials and coordination required. Sending a request does not create a construction contract.
