Fuerte Reforma assesses plasterboard work in homes and commercial premises. We prioritise the southern area from Gran Tarajal to Morro Jable and consider the rest of the island according to the project.
A ceiling that works beyond its appearance
Check the available height, supporting structure and access for maintenance. Lights, electrical work and air-conditioning requirements must be coordinated before boards are closed. Agree the ceiling level, openings and access panels before installation.
Partitions planned around everyday use
Show the door swing, sockets and furniture on a simple sketch. Wall-mounted cupboards and televisions may require reinforcement planned before boarding. A lining may form part of an acoustic or thermal solution, but performance depends on the complete assembly and its junctions.
Agree the finish and check the substrate
Separate installation, joint treatment, preparation, primer and paint in the quote. Q1–Q4 finish levels help describe preparation for the intended decoration and lighting. Moisture-resistant plasterboard is not waterproofing: leaks and unstable substrates need attention before covering. Surface area, height, access, openings and reinforcements all affect the assessment.

Questions before work begins
Is painting included?
It is agreed in the proposal. Installation, joints, surface preparation and decorative painting are separate items so you can compare the same scope.
Can you repair just one ceiling section?
We assess partial repairs. Send the size and photos of the damage; its cause and the transition to retained surfaces must be checked.
What is the price per square metre?
There is no single rate for every assembly. Send dimensions, access details and the desired finish; measurements and substrate checks may require a visit.

We prioritise Gran Tarajal, Tarajalejo, La Lajita, Costa Calma, Esquinzo in the south and Morro Jable. Central and northern projects are assessed according to scope and visit arrangements.
